The beekeeping talks will take place, as last year, in St Mary’s Hall, High Street, Chislehurst, BR7 5AQ ( next to the Church of the Annunciation and opposite Sainsbury’s) where there is some parking available by the side of the Hall but far more in a public car park a short distance away.

Helping the Honeybee by Darren Lerigo, a horticulturist, who will advise us on plants in our gardens which best assist our honeybees and other pollinators.
Tuesday 11th February 7.30-9.30pm
Beekeeping without using mitocides by Steve Riley, Education Officer for Westerham Beekeepers. With advice from Professor Ralph Büchler, who has spoken on this topic to beekeepers at various venues including the National Honey Show, Steve will share his experience of a second season not using any chemical mitocides in a group of Westerham beekeepers.
